In short
The price of a professional website mainly depends on the number of pages, the features (quotes, bookings, languages) and the content to produce. At Nexdoor Partners, a landing page starts at €490, a brochure website at €990 and an complete business website at €1,890, excluding VAT. On top of that come modest yearly costs paid directly to providers: domain name, hosting and any tool licences.
What really drives the price
Two websites that look alike on screen can have very different prices. The budget depends on five things.
- Number of pages. Home, one page per service, contact: each page must be structured, written, designed and optimised.
- Features. A simple contact form is not the same work as a multi-step quote journey, online booking or a client area.
- Content. Do you already have copy, photos and a logo? Producing or reworking them is often a large part of the project. At Nexdoor Partners, creating a visual identity is a separate Strategy & branding assignment, quoted on its own: it is not included in a website price.
- Languages. A bilingual site is not a machine translation: each page must exist in both languages, with its own titles and SEO.
- Connections. Linking the site to a calendar, a CRM or automatic follow-ups adds value, but also setup and testing.

Paid once or every year?
This is the question that avoids surprises.
Paid once, to the agency: design, build, form setup and handover.
Paid every year, to providers:
- the domain name (your address, e.g.
your-company.com); - hosting, whose cost depends on the chosen option;
- any licences: CRM, booking tool, business email.
Optional: maintenance, new features and SEO or Google Ads support.
At Nexdoor Partners, no agency subscription is required: the website is yours and provider accounts are in your name.
Three concrete examples
- An independent private chauffeur wanting airport transfer requests: an Essential site with a detailed booking form and an optional English version.
- A restaurant getting too many calls during service: an Essential site with the online menu, hours, directions and a link to its booking tool.
- A B2B carrier receiving incomplete quote requests: a Growth site with a step-by-step quote form, service pages and request tracking.
How to compare two quotes
A cheaper quote isn’t necessarily worse, and vice versa. Check:
- Is the scope written down? Pages, features, languages, rounds of changes.
- Who owns what? Domain, hosting and access should be in your name.
- Is the site fast and mobile-friendly? Google publishes performance indicators, the Core Web Vitals, as an objective benchmark.
- Is it accessible? Contrast, keyboard navigation, alt text: the WCAG guidelines are the reference.
- Are SEO basics included? Titles, descriptions, page structure, as described in Google’s SEO Starter Guide.
- What are the recurring costs? Ask for a written list.
Key takeaway
The right budget is the one that matches your goal: being reachable, receiving complete requests, or being found on Google. Start with what will pay off fastest, then grow the site.

Frequently asked questions
Is a €490 website really professional?
Yes, if it serves one clear purpose: a single fast page, readable on mobile, with a form or booking button. It becomes limiting if you offer several services, cover several areas or need to rank for many searches.
Can I start small and grow the site later?
Yes. A landing page can become a brochure site, then a Growth site, without starting over, as long as the structure was designed to grow.
Are copy and photos included?
Layout and copy optimisation are included. Full copywriting and professional photography are add-ons, as they require dedicated production time.
