What we process

Project estimate request

The website has no form: to describe your project, you email us or book a call (see below).

Writing to us by email

If you write to contact@nexdoorpartners.com, your message is kept in our mailbox (Zoho Mail, European data centre) for as long as needed to follow up on your request, with the retention periods above.

Booking a call

The “Book a call” buttons open Cal.com. On the contact page, the calendar only loads if you ask for it. What you enter when booking (name, email, message) is processed by Cal.com, Inc. on our behalf to organise the call (pre-contractual steps). Cal.com processes data in the United States and participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Hosting and technical logs

The website is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical data: IP address, browser, requested page, date and time. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and securing the website. Cloudflare, Inc. participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Audience measurement

No audience measurement or advertising tool is active on this website.

Who receives your data

NEXDOOR TALENT (Nexdoor Partners) only, and the technical providers listed above, each for its own task. We never sell or rent any data.

Transfers outside the European Union

Cloudflare and Cal.com are based in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses where it does not apply.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing or receive it in a portable format, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw any consent at any time. Email contact@nexdoorpartners.com. We reply within one month. If you feel your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL (French data protection authority) or your local authority.
